I had to get my wedding ring repaired and I went to H Samuel as its the jewelers I trust the most and also it was place place I bought my wedding ring way back in 2011. I took it in and I was given a quote within a couple of weeks as repairs are carried out off site. I was given an estimate for the repair before I gave the go ahead. They kept me informed via Text which was convenient. I am really happy with the service I would highly recommend H Samuel for your next big jewelry purchase or repairs required to your current ones. Thanks H Samuel, the ring looks brand new and fits perfectly.

After losing a diamond from the new wedding ring my husband bought me after thirty plus years together, lockdown came I managed to contact Samuel's via email, got a response within 24 hours, was told as soon as the shops are open again, problem would be sorted, and I'm glad to say it has been. My ring has been replaced, no hassle. Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff. Thankyou very much. 5 stars.
