Lexus Swindon, you have restored our confidence in car buying. We dealt with 3-4 staff members and each were dressed impeccably (which isn't everything but it's nice to see that they take pride in themselves), were professional, articulate and personable. Jason Major has been such a pleasure to deal with and even checked in with us 6 months after our purchase to make sure we were happy with everything. There was one slight hiccup right after we purchased the car in that the two rear tyres needed replacing but I was happy to drive back out and wait as we weren't paying for it. They apologised profusely, offered me coffee in a very comfortable waiting area and then detailed the car after fitting the tyres. This was the ultimate car buying experience and we will definitely be buying from them again in the near future. What a team.
