What can I say absolutely user friendly with everything you need so happy with Midex pro and it never stops they continue to improve with every request to make the secretary and consultants job easier. Cannot recommend them enough. Great back up service and nothing is too much trouble if you telephone them with a problem. Have tried other servers who do not meet every need. happy secretary means happy consultant!!!
I have used MidexPro for my private GP practice for over 15 years. The latest version is fantastic - easy to use, time saving and thoughtfully designed. The staff are so helpful too. Highly recommended.
I have been using Midexpro for many years now and I must say it is one of the most user friendly pieces of software I have used. It is easy to navigate around and has so many useful facilities. The support team who work tirelessly (particularly when setting up Midecpro online, are always extremely professional and very helpful. they are always willing to give the time to explain and walk you through any problems you may be having. I always recommend Midexpro to new consultants surgical and ananaesthetic (I first starting using Midexpro when I was working in an anaesthetic group). Now that everything is online it has enabled me to be able to work from anywhere (including Spain!!). The addition of Paymentsense is fabulous and makes taking payments over the phone so much easier little room for error when making the payment through the invoice itself! I have to say that the job of a medical secretary has become so much harder over the last few years what with PHIN and GDPR, gone are the days of booking a patient in to a paper diary with only a pencil and rubber on the desk! Having a software like Midexpro really does make a difference. Thank you to all at Midexpro....Well done Gary!!

I have been using Midex for quite sometime and whilst initially I had some trepidation, thanks to their staff, they guided me through all the difficulties and questions that I had with complete aplomb. They were helpful, kind and always there to assist. I would like to mention Adam who had to put up with my many calls but was able to deal with them in a very professional manner.
