No stars. This centre has the worst phone system. As i write this i am currently on hold and have been for 28 minutes and 4 seconds. I am number 24 apparently. How many people have an hour between 9-5, M-F to sit on hold just to book a medication review? I am guessing not many. Take my advice, DO NOT JOIN THIS MEDICAL CENTRE.

I work as a support worker and have been informed that I am eligible for the flu vaccine, by the CQC and on the NHS website says I am eligible and a previous receptionist also said I was, due to the vulnerable people that I support. But according to the receptionist today I am not Eligible, she say that Boris Johnson has changed the criteria. Sort it out and get the facts straight

Very poor you can never get an appointment even before covid receptionist are very rude , in general to everyone , the appointment service is diabolical its nothing to wait for 30 minutes each time you call fast turn over of staff with no continuity i don't even know who my doctor is ? As mine left was not informed who my new doctor would be that was 2 years ago.Since covid I've had a few health problems I've received a few telephone consultations and have just been brushed off & made to feel stupid like my needs were ridiculous i am moving home soon so will change my doctors its the worst practice I've ever had the misfortune to be a patient at.
