Excellent service that has gone over and above our expectations. We have a high call volume and quite a technical service that Red have been able to get to grips with a take bookings for us. They have been flexible and pro-active in their approach to our business and stand head and shoulders above other services we have used. I have no hesitation in wholeheartedly recommending them and I'm sure we will remain long term customers of Red.

Excellent service. I don't know what i would do with out them. I was nervous at first giving someone else the power to answer calls and manage my diary but its the best thing i have done in my business career. I now have the time to concerntrate on my other business that RED will be a part of as well. Every single one of my customers have said what an excellent service they received over the phone. Can't rate RED highly enough 20/10
Been using RED for years, the service is superb, they are conscientious, diligent and very personable. Having now met and got to know Karen, Denis, Carly and some of the team there I know they are also very forward looking and keen to continually improve the service they deliver. I have been recommending RED to others for years and will continue to do so - their willingness of offer a free period for people to test their service makes it very easy to recommend them. Don't believe all their 5 star ratings on their website. We used their service for about a year, was pretty good to start with, but then in mid 2015 it went downhill drastically. Wrong phone numbers on messages, wrong names on messages, they seemed incapable of following instructions when we needed to divert messages to someone different. I lost count of the number of times we complained, we never really felt they were sorry or that they could see why we were so disappointed with their service. So many times we were told "we'll put a new process in place to make sure it doesn't happen again" - but it just kept happening. In Nov 2015 we finally cancelled the service when one of the directors implied that as that none of our customers had been inconvenienced it was all OK, and that our complaining was making matters worse for his team! He seemed to miss the point that we were HIS customer and we were being inconvenienced.
