Ordered online. I had a phone call saying 1 fabric was out of stock. They would send what they had and the remainder when it came in. I was happy to wait and my complete order arrived 3 days later. Very impressed and will definately use again.

I went into the shop 2 weeks ago to ask if they knew anyone who would make soft toys out of old baby clothes . The man I spoke to made some enquiries and said there was a possibility a lady who works there but not in that day could and wrote my tele no in the information book for her to call me . I have not heard a thing from them. I was quite happy to go ahead if possible. It's a pity I have used them a few times before thought it was a good shop.

Went in there again today. Shop owner the man always friendly. Got plenty of choices. Two member of staffs were busy chatting and ignoring me while the boss busy with other customer. Have to wait until one member of staff get told by her boss to serve me, the 2nd customer in the shop. The staff is not really friendly in fact she look miserable and annoyed. I work with customers all the time and clearly that is not a very nice customer services! Still giving five star to the boss but not the other one!
