Am I the only one? Ordered some stuff via Amazon from Team South West (tennis sun visor X 3). They arrived very quickly and were exactly as described and great value for money. Whats not to like?

be warned: they send products which are NOT as described in advertisement and they refuse to own the mistake, so I ended up with having paid for a useless product.

Received the worst customer service ever, from this company. On ordering an item, rather than paying the standard rate for delivery within 3-5 business days I paid extra to have the item delivered within 1-2 business days. When, after 3 days, the item still had not arrived I contacted the company for an update, only to be told that the item wasn't late yet and to come back to them after 5 Business days had past. I tried to argue that I'd paid extra to have the item delivered within 1-2 Business days but they just weren't interested. The item finally arrived after 6 days. I would never use this company again. It was like going back to the bad old days of buying online 15 years ago. If I could give them zero stars out of five, I would. Looking through the reviews for this company on another website that they are a 'seller' on, it would seem that this is just their standard poor customer service levels.

Ordered sweatshirts and received polo shirts but decided to keep these but still wanted original order. BUT No.....you have to send back the order they got wrong before they can send the right one!!!! Perhaps the maths was too hard to work out!!! Obviously don't need the sale

I will never use this so called company again. They told me my order will arrive yesterday so i took that day off and waited the whole day but no delivery of my item. I have phoned theese people but no answer. I have left emails but no one botherd to reply. Im supprised they are still trading
