Been looking for a new van. Went round different dealers to see what was on offer. But it was only Volkswagen van centre that got back to me. So bought a van from them. Now waiting for delivery. After a couple of weeks I wanted to change the colour I had originally ordered. Although it was getting late for any of changes James the salesman sorted it out for me. Great service. I have tried multiple times in the last 4-5 months to arrange a test drive for a new Amarok. I was messed around multiple of times on email stating I would be contacted by other members of staff to no avail and had to chase just to arrange a test drive! I was in the market for a brand new pickup and wanted to try a variety of trucks. The customer service I received from other manufacturers far exceeded that of Volkswagen unfortunately
