Absolutely delighted with our new Wren Kitchen and outstanding service! The Swindon showroom and staff have been brilliant. Our design was done by Kerry-Ann, who really listened to what we wanted, our constraints and put together a brilliant design for us. What really impressed us was her knowledge and ability to show us all the different choices in the huge showroom. The 3D design and the pictures that Kerry did really helped us imagine what our kitchen would be like, and now it is complete it pretty much looks amazing. We are extremely happy! The service we had from everyone in the showroom was fantastic, but we must also mention Sam Keating who helped us with a couple of amendments and one damaged item (which was replace within a week during fitting).
We brought a Wren Kitchen in June 2020 just as we were coming out of lockdown. We were constantly informed of delivery times, pick ups and disposal of old kitchen. Customer Service was excellent. We used Wren fitters to fit our kitchen and they were absolutely brilliant, they worked very hard and carried out some additional jobs for us (at extra cost) and we were very, very pleased with their professionalism and workmanship. The kitchen was installed within 2 weeks and we are very pleased with the finished project. Would definitely recommend.
From the moment we walked into the store we were impressed by the knowledge and experience of the staff. Our designer was Kerry Ann who was available to meet with us regularly, answer any questions and amend our design as our building project progressed. Comm7nication from Wren was good throughout - really pleased with the final result - we had a few minor issues during delivery which were sorted out quickly and efficiently.
