Delivery supposed to be in April. Waited 3 months to April. Finally arrived 01 June. Holes so far from lining up it's funny. Offered someone to come out and 'repair' it meaning drilling new holes in a new product OR 20% off. I suggested both would be just about fair, though 30% sounds fairer. Denied. They offer repair, or you keep the damaged item for 20% off. What a bunch of awful hucksters. Wish there was a 1* option

Wish I had read the reviews first. I've never written a review before but felt it necessary for this awful company. The most awful customer service I have ever experienced. The cabinet arrived damaged and 2 months later we are still no further forward with repairs or a replacement. Some of the issues we encountered below: 1. Slow response rate with customer service 2. Asked to send pictures in to prove it had faults. Had to take a day off of work as they sent someone to repair it but when they turned up they just took more pictures as if needing more proof it was broken. Didn't even turn up with a tool box. 3. They cannot find the parts needed to repair it. 4. We were asked to source the parts needed ourselves and then they would send someone out to repair it. 5. Offered a replacement (did not have the same one in stock so had to choose a different model) 6. Did not hold our replacement and went out of stock 7. Not even an apology for their errors 8. Offered 10% off as a gesture of good will but they are offering this to all orders over 300!! Some what of a joke 9. Would not let me speak to a member of management to log a complaint.

I would highly recommend not ordering from here. We ordered a chest of drawers. The first one arrived damaged. Chips along the base showing cheap MDF. Arranged for a new one to be sent. This one arrived in even worse condition with a broken drawer. They messed up the collection of the original set so we’re now stuck with two unusable sets of drawers and they have all our money. They told my husband they would call back, of course they have not. No call from the delivery company either. No idea if we will be able to get our money back. We are trying to cancel an order for a side table arriving in April as the quality is so poor. I would not recommend ordering here Customer service seems helpful on the phone but they get NOTHING done.

*BEWARE* Don't be fooled by the polite customer service - they won't actually do anything about the problem when they get off the phone. Twice I have ordered from them and twice it has been a terrible experience. Currently they cannot locate my sofa and good knows when it will show up. Been fobbed off by 3 seperate people in 3 days.

Spent 1200 on a Luna three seater sofa, it was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago. I have spoken to virtually the entire customer service team, someone in the London office and a customer service manager Jamie, everyone says they'll phone me back but I never receive a call. I've waited at home on 3 separate days (missing a days pay each time) for it, every time it doesnt show up and no one can tell me where it is, why it didn't come or when I will actually receive. The level of customer service is POLITE but USELESS. No one will actually help you, including the delivery company ArrowXL who will also fob it off and not explain what is happening. To rub salt in the wound they turned up one day to COLLECT a sofa from me. Absolutely the worst experience I have had with buying a product. I still have no sofa, still have no calls back, still have spent probably 6 hours on the phone over the last week trying to locate it. Don't even bother, the products may look nice but once you actually order, if theres even the slightest issue expect to neither receive your product or any customer care. I tally approximately 40 calls, countless emails and over 10 members of staff that I have spoken to. Still. No. Sofa. But on the plus side I have been ASSURED by 8 different people that I WILL get a call back... I wonder when...
