Very strange cookery book. Got given ‘The Cooks Bible’ for Christmas. The recipes are incredibly basic but after reading through a few I realised the pictures didn’t quite match up to the recipes. I checked the inside notes and all images from Getty Images. The book has no author, just an editor and designer. It looks like the images have been pulled from the internet to roughly match the recipes. One image was so poor I laughed out loud. Sad effort, guys.

I bought a book on the Spitfire, 'The Memorabilia Collection'. There were a lot of gimicks such as prints of the aircraft in a cigarette packet, an RAF Form 557 Permanent Pass, a face page from a leaflet stating behaviour in the advent of being captured by 'the enemy' and two small copies of the pages from a Spitfire pilot's log book. Within the book there were a lot of photos but no drawings showing the size of the aircraft or the various wings that were available. As a book it was quite entertaining but the overall coverage I found wanting and lacking detail for a book that could have offered a great deal more.

As I was reading a book by this company, I realized that it had a lot of incorrect grammar. As a result, I’m very sorry to say I am not pleased with this company.

Says in a book we bought that a spider is an insect?!
