What a helpful and knowledgeable local store. Neal was very helpful in directing me with products and also how to use them on my car, he even came out and helped me. What great customer service!
What a silly place to have a UPS parcel point? A shop that closes at 5 prompt? How am i meant to collect parcels when I'm at work 10 miles away. Meanwhile limited range of modest car products. I've used it a few times over the years.
The guy was very very helpful in sorting out the part I needed for my car . I will use again
used the shop a few times since moving to Towcester , for bulbs ,wiper blades , car polish , when the lawn mower spark plug i wanted wasnt in stock ,it was ordered , and i was text two hours later to say it was ready to pick up , great service and saved a twenty mile round trip to halfords
