I don’t normally leave reviews, but we have just completed a job with T4, which was particularly complex and the team have been great. The onsite engineers were very knowledgeable especially when it came to working around tight and unusual spaces on the project. The project management was professional and overall was a very positive experience. I am looking forward to working with T4 again on my next project. Thanks Guys.

I would like to thank T4 Mechanical and Electrical Ltd aftercare service. Our boiler went down in middle of night, during very cold weather, the house was very cold. I called out of hours service not expecting to hear anything until the morning, but the engineer arrived very quickly and got the boiler working again that night. Thank you we all appreciate waking up in warm house next day.

Well where to start. I have found it to be very infuriating to get in contact with management and continually fobbed off. Even when they are inclined to respond it’s normally a halfheartedly attempt from behind the power of their keyboards. Not in any way acceptable for any company in this day and age in my opinion I’ll think you would agree. Good communication is essential and vital to all industries. When one thinks of the prospect of payment being received ON TIME from T4, one can’t help the thought of their heels and fingers dragging and scrapping to authorise the transaction. Yet again this could be a tactic they have for keeping the shambles of their ship a float or their sheer arrogance, more than likely a crude mixture of the both. I have seen the by product of but a few jobs and don’t believe fault lies with the workforce on the ground. Most of the installers appear to be semi-competent but lack clear communication from the powers above. They appear to rely heavily on agency workers (I’m was informed by one of their many subcontractors) even at the best of times agency workers are horrendous, unaccountable and normally the proverbial scapegoat. I would have rated zero stars but I believe google are inclined on giving even modern day cowboys a chance to have a platform to show at least minimal competance.
