what can I say.... Its not often that i can give a 5 star review. W12 smashed it out of the park. I booked a rubbish clearance with them. Amy in the office was so professional and helpful. Nothing was too much for her. Nigel arrived on the day. was so polite and efficient! a substantial amount if rubbish was cleared in no time at all. even tidied up afterwards. would recommend in a flash! great value for money. very courteous and went the extra mile.

I've recently had W12 attend my property,for a electrical fault on a call out.The engineer arrived and was so helpful,he got the problem resolved extremely quickly.can't thank them enough for there professional service.

very bad service; had to call 3 times to allocate the job; my first call was at 8am Thursday (normal working day) when I was told to fill in the formw which I did immediately. There was no response so I called again at 11 am and was told that they are looking at my query. I called again at 3pm when I spoke to a very rude manager who hung on me when I told her that the service provided is problematic. She insisted that they will not deal with my query until I agree to an emergency fee. I said that they should have told me in the morning and not let me wait. I agreed to the emergency fee of 100 and a lovely and knowledgable man came 3 hours later (out of hours!)
