Many thanks to Paul and Catherine for a wonderful dinner for my husband’s 40th birthday. The food was absolutely delicious and the whole experience was really enjoyable. It was so nice to have a fine dining experience in the comfort of our holiday home. Paul also provided a lovely birthday cake which we shared with our children the following morning. We would definitely recommend Paul to anyone looking for a chef in the Cotswolds.

We hired Tailor Made for our wedding reception (30 people) and they were outstanding in every regard. They created a bespoke menu to our budget, communicated extremely efficiently during the planning stages and didn't even bat an eyelash at the host of dietary requirements of our guests, as well as last minute cancellations. Their service on the day was superb - they set up to plan and provided food and drink seamlessly with a calm and professionalism during the reception. Finally, the food itself was delicious: We received a staggering amount of positive comments from guests. We noted especially that the vegetarian options were just as appetising and substantial as the meat and fish options, and many guests couldn't decide what to have as everything sounded fantastic. Tailor Made were a joy to work with and contributed significantly to the success of the day. I cannot recommend them enough.

Paul was very communicative and helpful with the planning beforehand, and everything went very smoothly on the night. The food was absolutely delicious - all my guests were very happy (including two vegans). I would definitely use Tailor Made Top Nosh again and wholeheartedly recommend them to others.
