I took in a heavy duty motorcycle jacket and a lighter weight soft leather jacket both with sleeves that were too long for me. I could not believe the alterations made by Esther. It was impossible to tell that they had been altered. The cuff on the lightweight jacket had been reconstructed perfectly, and the heavyweight jacket retained the full sleeve zip and padded elbow patches. Highly professional and a caring attitude to the work being done. Exceeded expectations and I would not hesitate to recommend for any type of alteration on any material.

Can't express my anger and disappointment enough. Lost two fingers in November, brought an expensive pair of brand new leather gloves with cashmere lining to be tailored to fit my hand. Picked up the gloves and the were already ruined. Looked so rough and unprofessional, the cashmere feels so worn like they have been used for months. They didn't fit so Esther took them off and passed them to her colleague who just cut a bit off and ran them through the sewing machine then passed them back. It's far from the quality I expect, after being told it would take some time to even figure out how to tailor the glove then making three alterations, to the most important part of the glove, in ten minutes. So much extra material inside that just makes them uncomfortable to wear, lines of holes where they have sewn a line then taken it out. Absolutely no time or care was taken, was a 2 minute rush job thats now cost me 115 and a dont even want to wear them. Honestly believe I could have done better myself.

Very friendly and helpful. Esther altered 2 horrible necklines on dresses and I now have 2 lovely dresses to wear. I was so pleased with the job that I took a jacket to be altered. Pricing was very good. Will definitely be using her skills again!

Thought the zip on my treasured leather bag was beyond repair, due to its complex construction. But Esther & Carl produced an invisible repair, and my bag is back in service. Very friendly, highly skilled and a quick turnaround. Couldn’t be more pleased.
