Excellent service provided by the team of Taj Jewels. I had been wanting to upgrade my engagement ring for a while and ever since I discovered Taj Jewels I knew it had to be them. There are other diamond stores in Southall Broadway as well but having heard great reviews about Taj I wanted to try them out and I think it’s safe to say that they lived up to the hype and went beyond my expectations. Booked an appointment with them online and on the day of the appointment we met with Gaurav who was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process. Ended up purchasing a different ring than what I had initially planned but I’m glad I did and have already received a handful of compliments on it. Will definitely be coming back soon. If you are looking for quality jewellery as well as service this is the place to be!

Looking for an engagement ring during the pandemic was not easy. I heard good things of Taj Jewels previously and decided to message them via social media on helping me find the right ring. Anj was very helpful, patient and considerate and instantly knew what I was looking for, she showed me a small selection of rings in the style I was keen on that fit my budget and most importantly pleasing to the eye. Ordering was very easy, upon picking up the ring they were very hospitable. Overall my experience with Taj Jewels was five star, I would definitely recommend them and would shop their for my jewellery needs again in future.
I couldn’t be happier with the ring, band and service received from Arjun and the team at Taj Jewels. Communicating through Instagram I booked and appointment for the next day and Arjun was attentive from the moment I arrived. I only knew that my partner wanted a princess cut trilogy ring, with Arjuns help, knowledge and experience he gave advice about a matching band and explained colour and clarity as well as the relevant document that come with the ring to me. He made the whole process swift and easy. Within a matter of weeks, the ring was ready for collection and it was faultless. The engagement ring and band are stunning and my Fiance was over the moon with the ring when I proposed. I would highly recommend Taj Jewels, a great family business with a wealth of knowledge. An amazing service and amazing quality for more than a reasonable price. I shopped around and Taj beat most in terms of quality and price as well as service. After months searching for the perfect ring for my partner, I came across Taj Jewels whilst browsing via Instagram (@taj_jewels) and decided to visit the store in Southall, along with 4 other jewelers. Taj Jewels were the first store we had visited and immediately Arjun and his team were on-hand, to go through all of my requirements and requests to design and deliver the perfect ring for my partner. From then on, I knew this was the place for me and I didn't even bother heading to the other stores. After a couple of minutes, Arjun highlighted a couple of items that I didn't even think about adding to the design of the ring and talked me through what we can only call this "the most beautiful ring" we've seen. The craftmanship, the attention to detail, the small unique touches and finishes were all taken care of and at every step of the way Arjun kept me up-to-date on the progress of it and delivered the ring on time and to the quality of which I had envisioned. As you can imagine, this is a daunting experience for anyone to go through, especially when I didn't even tell my partner that I was designing a ring, that BY THE WAY went completely off her idea! Ha! But Arjun helped deliver a ring that ticked all the boxes and I was rest assured from the very beginning. I cannot express my gratitude to Arjun and his team in helping me design and deliver this ring to my partner I cannot literally recommend Taj Jewels enough! Absolutely fantastic experience, amazing customer service, always on hand to answer any questions, went above and beyond to ensure our ring arrived on time. What an amazing piece of jewellery, fiancé was so overwhelmed by it & there is a nice touch with box. Even bought the wedding band 3 weeks later which arrived on Saturday, highly recommend
