Awful customer service. Ordered a couple of powerline adapters to be able to use my TalkTalk TV box, chased the order for over 3 weeks, spoke to 5/6 people who all told me different information. Asked to speak to a manager, they refused. After 20 minutes of insisting I speak to a manager rather than listen to the same “I apologise for the inconvenience but there’s nothing I can do”, I was told a manager would call back within 24 hours. Obviously no one called back. Basically they’re happy to take my money for the TV package but won’t help me to actually use the service. I will buy these adapters elsewhere costing me more money, but the main frustration is every single “customer service” representative doing everything they can to simply fob you off and get you off the phone, rather than actually solve your query (which in this case was very simple - put the powerline adapters in the post).

I help an elderly neighbour who is 92 years of age, lives alone with no near by family, has severe health problems and has been without her phone since early this morning which she is totally dependant on for medical help. I have been unable to find any telephone number and eventually managed an 'On Line Chat' when I spent almost an hour with a so called Advisor who was totally useless. I was told that it would take between 12 to 72 hours, I explained this was totally unacceptable and I would contact my MP. I spoke to the ladies sister using my phone, she is also on Talk Talk so was able to contact them, she also had a frustrating call to useless staff, eventually she was told it would be treated as a high priority case, it is now 12 hours later and the ladies phone is still off, disgraceful. I have only allocated one star as there is nothing less !

3 people it took to get mine up and running my package was not the right one they sent new guy out and he took down everything and told my man how talk talk have done is and damaged our property they didn't compomsate they cause more problems than it is worth package is bad nothing more but Freeview box with few extra channel that you pay threw the nose for they said I would get a month from the Day it was sorted moved price to 41a month but they tried 2 times in one month to take 51 out my partner's bank account 2times so now his bank is in big debt thanks to talk talk im going to lawyer and phone today all I get is sorry if they gave me a pound for every sorry if be sorted for life

Don’t mess with them cause if something will go wrong communication is almost impossible .. They will not care to fix your problem and you will stay out of broadband ..
