I don't think people work here, but that hasn't stopped me using the self service which is very good. 15 for two fleeces and a pair of trainers for a 2 and three year old. All items a re good quality. Will be back again.

Top notch staff and store. Phoebe has helped me several times because of mild anxiety. Twenty minutes later I am walking out of Decathlon Tamworth with over 150 worth of goods. Stress free. Thank you Phoebe. Saying this, other members of staff within Tamworth store have also helped me. Thx guys

Looked up store closing times to get to store to be told it's closing an hour earlier than the website says after driving 45 minutes to get there. Won't be going to another store again! Very disappointed and waste of my time!
I went in to buy a replacement bike for a stolen one. Ricki helped me to buy a new one.He took the time to check and alter the brakes, check the gears, pump the tyres up! Pretty much, a full service! He was brilliant and his service was above and beyond. The bikes are brilliant value too, but the customer service was amazing. Thank you...I also went back to sort a minor brake problem and the follow up service was brilliant from Billy on 21/08/2019, I know how tough it is trying to keep the customer satisfied, but top marks again... Thanks again
