Excellent visit! Great food and good service. Well setup for covid. Make sure you scan the QR code out the front (multiple ones, but avoid ones with glare - harder to scan). When you scan the code, it'll add you to a virtual queue and you can go off and do something else. It'll text you to say the table is ready and you'll have 10min to make your way back. Excellent visit. Thanks again.

Wrong items delivered , can't call tells you speak to delivery individuals who refuse to deal with it for 24 to 48 hours when I cant eat the items delivered
So I did an online order today and we were the first order of the day and they got it wrong. Good job I checked. How hard can it be to check what the customer wants and put those items in a bag. Not the first time that this has happened either. Chips were cold as well, again. Come on Nandos, sort it out.
Has the food got covid 19 too. The chips were terrible and the wrap was cold chicken and lettuce could have made better food at home myself. Won’t be ordering again until the pandemic is over. Yuck!!!!
Good service, the virtual queue is great for people who want to scan in the go shopping in Ventura while you wait. The screens between tables and space make it one of the nicest and most covid secure places I've been to. Staff were friendly and responsive, food was great!
