I really don't know what happened here. I now see that I had a similar experience to the other 1* review on here and I wish I had read their review beforehand. I've not ordered from here before, so I went for a small item to test the water before ordering something larger/more expensive. I contacted they via email to confirm my order since I didn't get any an automatic invoice email and they replied really quickly, confirming everything and said they would ship as soon as the payment was confirmed. The money left my bank account and then several weeks of nothing. I contacted them several times by email, I messaged on Facebook and called the phone number to leave a message... no response. The irritating thing was that they were happily updating their Facebook profile, so they were an active business and had free time enough for promotion, and it can't be a compute literacy issue. I don't know if this is a scam, like the other guy said, but I'd avoid it all the same.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Beware of fraud! They took my payment and gave nothing back. They do not answer emails and they blocked me on Facebook after I demanded them to follow PayPals guidelines when they wanted me to cancel my report on the missing products. If you buy from them and you don't receive any products, demand the money back at once. You will not get anything from them. If you have problems with them and they do not respond, do like I do and report them to your consumer agency.
