One of the better Audi showrooms that I have visited. Everything you would expect from this brand. However, I have rated 4 stars because I found the one lady working here a little rude (didn't get her name but she had red hair). I appreciate the current circumstances with Covid but I would appreciate being treated with a little more respect and courtesy.

Happy with the service provided at the time. This is the first time I have used this particular Audi dealership as others have left me less than impressed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Work carried out was fully explained and executed correctly. I was offered different options to pay as the work I was having done was rather high which I didn’t know were available so that was refreshing, although I paid in full it was good to see it’s an option. Only downside was reception are a nightmare to get hold of and you can’t pay in cash.

The most unprofessional garage I have ever used. Extremely poor service took a day and a half to change the brake fluid. No apology would never use again and would not recommend to anyone. I have to use them for my warranty.
