Great experience for my kids aged 9 and 13. Very friendly and organized welcome from staff member on the front desk. Great exercise for them, they jumped for a whole hour and were exhausted!

Fantastic afternoon here! All staff were welcoming.. One of the lads Joe was amazing with the girls on the trampolines getting involved and playing with them. Went in the softplay after.. Hand sanitizers placed all around the venue and everywhere was clean! Will definitely be returning and recommending to others!

Just a great place to visit. Under 4s are not allowed in main area. Though I wouldn't bring my younger one, till she is at least 5.

Had a serious life changing accident at jump extreme was in hospital for 9 days and took over a year to walk again the staff and manager were appalling even telling me to phone for an ambulance never checked to see how I was or any sort reimbursement. They even put signs up after the accident none of my family will ever go here it's so dangerous. On your response given stating I refused your help all you did was give me an ice pack and I quote your staff refused to phone an ambulance telling me oh you have a phone you can phone for an ambulance yourself and I have independent witnesses to this disgusting behaviour and made worse by you lying you should look at your Procedures as it's woeful inadequate.
