Prices are good, but place never opens on time, very unprofessional. You make your way there, plan your time and the place is not opened when it should be. Why does it say opened at 9am if it is not. Time should be changed according to the real opening hours.
Lovely venue and great prices! I have only been here a handful of times.... The blonde lady with glasses is really helpful and always polite, while the other lady has on two occasions continued to have a conversation with her friend sat in the waiting area and ignored I was there .. even when I said 'Hiya, please can I have 9 minutes on the high pressure bed' she continued to look at her friend and carry their conversation on, she took my card off me to then ask what bed and how long, and handed me the coins, it goes to show she clearly did not acknowledge me being there or what I had requested. Even when I said thanks or bye, I got either ignored or cheers! Customer service is key and goes along way :) It would have been 5 stars if the customer service was always top notch.
Nice and easy to find, good service. Staff knowledgeable about skincare and products. Very clean and private. The prices speak for themselves. Best value sun centre with the only high pressure bed in Peterborough (as far as I know). Also 3 standard, stand up beds with 50 low pressure tubes, and 2 lay down beds too. Money saving courses available, cheapest deals I've ever seen. 10/10 from me. Stay SAFE.
Really helpful staff, excellent choice of sunbeds, lotions and great tanning advice. HIGH PRESSURE TAN machine that wont burn was amazing! Highly Recommended
