Lovely little place. The staff were all very friendly. Excellent warm scones in the tea room. I was apprehensive about the mill tour being 40 mins (you can only go in through doing the tour) but it went quick and our tour guide David made it interactive for kids. There's a small stretch of river which is picturesque and peaceful. Can purchase food from the shop to feed the ducks. Spent about an hour and a half here.

Great place. The mill is all working and my son got to have a go on some of the things here. Never seen anything like this before.

Brilliant place managed by trustees who shut down flour production at a time of NATIONAL CRISIS. Flour pretty well unobtainable in supermarkets so unique opportunity to provide it and what have these “trustees” done? Shut it down in subservient compliance. In the second world war cinemas and theatres kept open through bombing raids... High Explosives.... But you cant be too careful today (at least if you are involved in epedemiologically interpreted herd management)

Lovely place to picnic - even when closed.

We first visited Bunbury mill a year ago and since then we thought we must go again. On a glorious June day we ventured back into the heart of Cheshire and we were not disappointed!! The lovely volunteers at the mill were fab and really welcoming. The cakes though....phenomenal! Literally the best Victoria Sponge we have ever eaten!! The Chocolate Cake and Coffee and Walnut Cake were also very delicious. For a #savoury treat we also had the miller’s platter which was delightful. This by far one our favourite places to visit!! Thanks for a fab time

Actual working watermill in a nice setting , learn about the working life's of the Miller and his family and how the flour was produced for the bakerys in Chester with the informative tour guide, Has a nice cafe and shop alongside the mill pond with delicious cakes but it was busy when we went on Sunday afternoon , There is an entrance fee for the Mill tour but you can visit the cafe separately. Ducks can be feed with Kingfishers and Grey Wagtails also around the pond

We visited the mill today, it was fantastic. The tour of the mill was very interesting, the volunteers who run this mill are very informative. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the tour and we had a lovely cuppa in the cafe. The ladies who run the cafe were very friendly
