There isn't much you could criticise Oulton Park for really. For me it is the most beautiful race circuit in Britain, set in rolling Cheshire hills and woodland. Great to visit as a spectator as there are so many good vantage points around the track, and also great to drive around on track days. The facilities at the curcuit have improved beyond recognition since I first visited, thirty years ago. The cafe and visitor centre is a real boon to the venue and a visible sign of the investment that has been made by Motorvision since they acquired the circuit fifteen years or so back. As an aside the circuit seem to have made sensible precautions around Covid 19, and at least at the Gold Cup the pit and paddock areas were not open to the public. A huge turnout from classic car clubs still provided plenty of interesting browsing between races though - well done to all!

Fantastic day out at a great circuit in a picturesque setting. Never had a bad day out here. Food outlets are very pricy but you can always take your own so it's no issue.
Not a review of the circuit itself, rather the total lack of information or help with my query from their phone staff. I am looking for a driving experience day for my sons birthday and called Oulton Park to see whats what. They dont do them in house, but let the track out to various companies to provide this experience. I asked for details of these companies, the guy on the phone said find them yourself by using Google !!, he refused flat to give me any info whatsoever, or recommend any that get good feedback. He just kept saying search yourself. Next call was to Three Sisters Racetrack. WOW. What a difference, a very helpful young lady immediately took my details relating to my query and mailed me a list of companies who operate on their track. She even asked me to confirm I had received the mail whilst I was on the phone. She described how the full track, used on experience days differs from the smaller kart track and answered every question I had in a polite and professional manner. Customer Service and being generally helpful costs nothing. Guess where we'll be going.
