I've been using this chippy for a while now and decided to write a review. I must say the food is amazing, fresh and well presented. The food is always delivered on time and piping hot. Since I've been going the staff have always been friendly and polite. I thank them for being open during the pandemic, Fridays wouldn't be the same without a chippy night!

Really good chips and so many. The guy was great when I asked about allergies.
Second time I have ordered delivery and it has not arrived, first through just eat and second through them direct online. Shame as I did like the food, since there is no way to complain to them directly and deal with them to rectify, I would recommend against using them. Will not use again and will have to use another. Edit: owners response to the above is below. Please note if my order was 'declined' then I most certainly was not notified, I do not know which is worse. Please see the proof of my attempt to get a refund through the live chat. A lot of rambling over a chippy but the owner has made it out that I am being unreasonable.
