Prices were ok but staff attitude was miserable. Floor sander I hired has a faulty plug so I changed it.

Portable toilet hired for a party bank holiday weekend. Wanted collection on the Tuesday but told it wouldn’t be until Thursday so I caccepted that. No one turned up on Thursday so I rang and was told it would be Friday. No one turned up Friday but I was told it would definitely be Monday. No one turned up Monday and was told on Tuesday that the wagon had broke down last week (when I was told it was traffic conditions problems previously) and it only collects in Taunton on a Thursday anyway. I wouldn’t believe them with anything, they will tell you anything to get you off the phone. I’m now looking for rental charge compensation for the length of time it’s been sat on my drive!
