The stance taken by the directors is ridiculous...I feel so sorry for the staff. I was the only customer in the store by appointment, unable to wear my own mask for fear of contamination...so offensive and so out of touch with the reality of COVID-19 in Somerset. I’ll be returning the samples I took home and will not place an order for either curtain fabric or furniture, both of which I expressed an interest in. As a point of interest, I was initially told that if I wanted to look at fabrics and furniture, I’d have to make two separate appointments!! Do Calverts want to stay in business?
