Taunton store Got to the till the young man on the till wasn’t 100% what he was doing so he called a manager the manager couldn’t even bother to try and enter the product into the till he just said oh well we can’t sell it to you. As I watched him walking down the aisle towards the till he looked like he couldn’t be bothered, you could even tell by the way he was walking he couldn’t care about customer service.

We've just had our second online delivery. Very easy to use website. Convenient delivery times and plenty of next day time slots available. The delivery drivers were both lovely and very cheerful. Super quality products at very reasonable prices. Good dates on the produce too, which you don't always get when you don't pick the products yourself in store.
Good delivery time slots available which was important to me as currently having to isolate so was caught out with not being able to get to a shop. Good service from delivery driver and delivered to time. However the use by dates on fresh produce ordered have been very short in my experience with produce being past its use by date in a couple of days. Complaints and feedback not dealt with well. I shall avoid using iceland in future
Excellent food, the shop is clean and tidy and the staff are very helpful keep up the good work
Good value for money and a good selection of products both own brand and popular lables... only downside is there is sometimes more of a wait at the checkout than other supermarkets.
