Matthew came in an emergency and was very prompt. He is a wonderful down to earth chap who quickly identified the issues I had. He gave me options on how to proceed and was happy to check out some other aspects like window realigning which I didn't initially enquire about. Matthew provided a very quick service and understood the problems I was having. Considering it was over the festive period, outstanding. In fact, I wish I had more doors to go wrong! Thanks again and I hope you are feeling better!

Absolutely brilliant! Matthew dealt with changing the locks amid difficult circumstances. He was professional, polite, and really, really good. He was on time and his communication was excellent. He didn't leave until I was completely happy. I can't recommend him highly enough. Don't bother with anyone else, this was amazing service and you only ever need a good locksmith, never an 'ok' one.
