Had to do an emergency dash on late Friday afternoon as my daughters brace had been knocked and the wire was piercing her cheek. Rang to see if they could help, the dentist was on her way out of the door but very kindly hung on to see my daughter. Was so grateful.

On The level

Most of the staff are very friendly, but get the impression that some of them need slightly more training as they rely on the assistance and backup of more experienced people alot. They are not very careful with my daughters lips and cheeks when having regular tightening sessions and I get the feeling we are all just a number. With that though it does feel very professional.

Unbelievably Orthoworld rescheduled my daughters appointment for today (9 Sept 19) without contacting her. After travelling nearly 25 miles found that they had rescheduled her appointment tomorrow for the following day. No one had rang even though they changed it last Friday. This is totally unacceptable as no one rang and complete of respect for young customers. Considering if I should help my daughter peruse a claim for lost time and travel money. We have had poor scheduling experience here before but this is the worst I have ever encounter at any service provider - I think they have a near monopoly.
