We've been weekends regulars for a long time on lane swimming. Great efforts after lockdown; however our last experience after the change in the timetable was terrible. Just 2 hours of lane swimming for entire weekend and both at 9am!? Really!? After going almost every Saturday for over 6 months have never ever seen this place soo overcrowded. Neither safe nor pleasure! Please rethink or you loose most of us regular local swimmers who are working weekdays.

I was very disappointed to discover that Taunton Swimming Pool charged 4.70 for the use of its showers. Despite arranging in advance, upon arrival 4.70 became per person. Costing us 9.40 for only 2 showers. Unfortunately Taunton Swimming Pool is yet another leisure centre ripping off the public it’s supposed to be serving. They need to be straight forward with the facts, not mucking people about.
All staff doing a great job in these trying times. Need signage as to the 'no overtaking' and 'giving way to faster swimmers' though....not everyone is getting the message.
In need of a good clean recently. Also, have never not been allowed in once a public swimming session has started unless it has been inflatables. Had to hang around for 45 minutes for the next public session. We've always just turned up at any time during back to back public swimming sessions and gone in. Is this a new rule? If so it needs to be obvious on the website as it is a pain
