Very efficient and plenty of contact until they get your money. Dedicated work slots not given, you are just \fitted in\ when they choose even to working into late evening. When chased to complete outstanding work as agreed timescales not adhered to and emails requesting updates ignored. Still waiting 4 months for work to be completed even though all monies paid up front.
