I contacted Scott and Karl based on a recommendation and inwas delighted with the work that they carried out. From the first meet they were used their extensive knowledge to provide us great detail around our options for having a new back door and 2 new double glazed windows. As a new home owner, the explanation on the different types of doors available was in particular useful and it meant by the time my partner and I made our choice we were extremely comfortable and confident with our decision. When it came to delivering the work we couldn’t have been happier. Scott and Karl stuck to an agreed timeline and were more than accommodating with dates. They fitted our new door and windows to the highest of standards and in the upmost professional manner. What set them apart from other companies we had out to quote the work was the genuine transparency of the pricing and work involved, as well as the personal touch of knowing that they were the sole point of contact for the work and any communication. Knowing they both had ownership of the service they were quoting and providing made a real difference. I’ll be happily using their services again, and would happily recommend them to anyone else.
