Excellent help from Colin (again!) at the Taunton store. We had a shoddy tiling job done and were left with what appeared to be dirty tiles. After trying to clean them up for some time we approached Colin who advised us that it sounded like a film of grout and adhesive (known as 'tile haze') and normal washing would not remove it. He recommended Topps' 'First Wash' residue remover which did just what is says on the bottle and cleaned up the tiles beautifully. Many thanks Colin
