I recently needed a crown which I understand should have been a fairly straightforward process however, through no fault of the practice, I had a number of problems including breaking two temporary crowns. Andrew kindly spoke to me over the phone on a Sunday on one occasion; I had to have a re-mold and, to top it all, he kindly came in on a day off to see me. The care I have received has been faultless and now, at least 6 appointments later (instead of the expected 2), I have my permanent crown. This practice is excellent, and the staff are always extremely friendly, professional and helpful.

Always professional the team are a pleasure. Treatment is careful and considerate, always agreed beforehand and explained. Their COVID precautions are excellent and rigidly adhered to which is reassuring. As going to a dentist is rarely a pleasure AB team work hard to make it so

I turned up early for my hygienist appt waited outside as it was cold the lovely receptionist lady allowed me to sit inside and wait, hands sanitised and mask on. Hygienist very thorough and friendly, chatted throughout. Will be back again in a few months.

Waiting in the car until fetched meant I could listen to the last bit of a fascinating radio programme, even though it's a COVID necessity. And I used to get nervous at the prospect of any dental visit but since I've changed to Andrew, okay the costs have gone up, but hey, the experience is actually pleasurable! All staff are delightful, and welcoming. The surgeries are light, clean and very well equipped. Why would I want to go anywhere else now?
