I am so glad to have chosen this company to install my new windows. The service has been amazing right from the initial visit by the estimator to the beautifully fitted windows. I purchased double glazed windows, exterior doors and conservatory, which cost just under 17,000. I was happy with the installation. However, when a leak occurred from the conservatory roof, i was far from happy with the way in which my complaint was handled. Not once did Dean Anderson take the time to visit us, and view the leak for himself, even after being made aware of how bad the leak was. The water damage eventually spread down the walls causing damage to surfaces. After numerous calls to Dean Anderson, and getting no where, i contacted citizen's advice, then was put in touch with trading standards for help in resolving this matter. After the leak was fixed to our satisfaction, we put in a claim for 75 to help towards costs for re-plastering and painting walls. Dean Anderson refused to pay this, even after us spending thousands of pounds with the company for our windows and doors. After negotiations through trading standards, Dean Anderson agreed to pay half the amount to us, which we have now been paid. Because of this experience, I will never recommend Tayside Windows to any one else.The reason i have given this review one star is because it wont let me post this without clicking on a star, otherwise it would be no stars.
We recently had our windows installed by Tayside Windows.The work was carried out very professionally and an excellent service provided.The after care service was also excellent.Very satisfied with the service received from Dean anderson and his team.
