They fixed our PC quickly and at a fair price ,,,,no problems at all ...Im a great believer in using local small firms . I would certainly recommend them . We have used the company twice with no issues . Their prices are comparable with all the other computer outfits .

Been using Technical Progress for many years, they offer a great service at very reasonable costs. sorted us out with some good Windows 7 laptops with serial ports for industrial use. A service not available many places these days.

Got computer for my sons xmas within 10 days of use returned for repair supposedly fixed but broke down again within a couple of weeks so back to them again fobbed off for weeks (waiting on parts from china!!), then informed us mòtherboard has gone so require 80 to replace. Item was not fit for purpose and they have had possession of computer for longer than i have. Wont return it because they are in dispute with amazon. Their excuse now is that its out of warranty. However when problem fiŕst started it was well within the warranty period and is an on going problem. As ì said item not fit for purpose as per consumer act.
