WOW. In the middle of COVID 19, I called to ask for advice. Got the advice, sent me the template I needed and when I asked about payment, I was told no thanks, It's good to be nice. I WILL now shop here when I need till supplies.
I wish I could leave zero stars review for this company I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from this company. I NEVER leave bad reviews (before now) however to try and help someone else to not go through our experience hence why I am writing this. We are still after 4 months on awaiting refund for 3 faulty products sold to us. We are also awaiting the invoices for two large purchases with this company for our accounts. I have been chasing this company for months and the countless people I have spoken with including the Manager \Jay\ , he was totally unprofessional, shouting down the phone to me, because I was requesting our invoices to be emailed or posted out to us and the refunds to be sorted...... I don't know how this company are still trading.
