I have worked in business for 5 years so know what to look for in a service provider. The communication was good and clear. Jeremy was very transparent, sending me links to important websites that gave me useful information. He even gave me the number of the importer which gave me even more important information. After sale support has been good, I had an issue with the fob, Jeremy advised me to check the battery and he was right. He also gave advice on what clothes I should buy and I've found the clothes to be high quality... He has clear terms and conditions, unlike Urban-E-Bikes who seemed to think it was strange when I asked if we could agree a few basic terms via email since they have no terms on their site, etc. Bike runs smoothly with no issues so far. For this to be a 5* review two points would need to be changed: 1. More depth of expertise and pro-actively pointing out important points or resolving important points without me asking. 2. I was trying to get the bike delivered by a certain date and exchanged a lot of emails then had to call - Jeremy kept pushing for me to collect the bike and wouldn't give a time he could deliver by. - In the end for a separate reason I collected the bike. Top quality service would be pro-actively asking me when I'd like the bike delivered and following through on that. However I am very happy as this is a small point overall, the main thing is everything important was taken care of, last bit would have been a bonus.
Jeremy has been absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Very happy with my super soco bike and very grateful for all the support Jeremy has provided as I got up to speed with owning my very first moped. Highly recommend Green Mopeds and particularly impressed by Jeremy's commitment to excellent customer service.
Went to Green-mopeds to test ride a TC Max and ended up buying an Artisan ES1 - Pro, which I love and feels is the right electric bike for my needs, plus it’s fun! Get people stopping to ask me about it pretty much every day during my commute as it’s a very good looking bike especially if, like me, you are after a ‘motorbike’ look and feel more than a moped.
Outstanding customer service and really helpful advice. Would highly recommend.
