I've been due a refund over two weeks. I've chased constantly, been told the wrong information, and had no help from Visual Impact.Furthermore, I finally got a call from someone in their finance department yesterday and not only did he not seem to care about the situation, he blamed me for it. I would definitely avoid using them after this poor service experience. After a lot of back and forth (and them finally giving me some information on the account that the payment came via), have I resolved the situation.
