I purchased new top of the range rubbers from them. They fitted them and there was a lump! Then I purchased a table from them. I was expecting a delivery and on the day I phoned them to see what was happening and they said it was out of stock! They didn't even let me know. They said they deliver tables via a 'specialist' 2 man delivery service but when they delivered it they couldn't be bothered to take it up the stairs in my flat, they just left it inside the front door!
