Here on Saturday afternoon....roller disco awesome 5 session and you can hire skates, pads, helmets ...good fun plus exercise

Been going to this gym since I was 14, staff always been helpful and friendly. Equipment has never been top of the range but has most things you could want. Plenty of free weights and cardio. Can be a little crowded at peak times but what gym isn't? Shame prices keep rising but other than that no complaints.
