Just visited for the first time and I have to say what a lovely pet shop! The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Massive selection too. this will now be my pet shop of choice. Oh and my Daxi was very impressed at the treats she got while she visited. A* for customer services

I have a rescue German Shepherd, Skye who is a lovely girl but has received limited training. In my attempts to train her at the ripe old age of two, it's very hard work. Jo has been incredibly helpful in giving me advice and tips to enable me to undertake the training with more confidence and ongoing progress. She has made me feel that I am not alone in this and also put into perspective negative comments made by some people when I attempted recently to introduce Skye to the sights, sounds, people and dogs in a busy town.
