Totally Eco Cleaning

Was told it was 99p a month for 3 months, then 10 a month. I'm in my first month and there's no mention of 99p on my statement, I'm being charged additional call charges, line rental - no mention of 99p. Then I'm told I'm in a 12 month contract and can't cancel it - something which I wasn't made aware of when I was sold the product. The staff are rude, cocky and unhelpful. Avoid. 8x8 are much better.

When things go wrong these guys are just awful. Tried to get them to provide broadband and phone line. Took them over 2 months to even let me know what was happening. Then i told them to leave it as the lockdown was announced. 2 weeks later they are calling me saying we tried to take over your line but the current provider refused it (mainly because over 60 days had passed!! normal providers keep the line open for take over for maximum 30days) In any case they did nothing, hid behind covid as thats is the excuse used for all failures, despite most of the happening before covid hit the UK
