Initially pleased with the roof we had put on conservatory, however since we have had a problem and a leak causing some damage Arena have been exceptionally unhelpful. Despite numerous calls where I was promised a call back, no one ever contacted me and I had to visit the showroom. Owner very abrupt and dismissive sadly. Certainly not a business I could ever contemplate using again. I am a very unhappy and disappointed customer and the aftercare service has been awful. I can confirm that this matter was subsequently resolved
We needed a new front door. From start to finish Arena were very professional. They are not the cheapest but I would rather pay that little bit more to make sure of a good job. Love the new door and the finish is first class. Would highly recommend. Thank you.
Very pleased with arena. They were the very helpful, keep to there word...windows were installed with care and cleanliness. The fitters were very thoughtful and caring of our property. They cleaned up after them. It was like they hadnt been, thats how clean they left our home after they installed our 6 windows. We are now in the process of having our french doors installed by them... Really looking forward to dealing with them again. Highly recommended.... You won't be disappointed.... Trust me
