I was in HMP Durham charged with 7 serious charges and I paid 18000 for this firm to defend me in court, however, 6 of the charges were dropped by the crown prosecution service so there was only 1 charge left which wasn't serious, I come out and asked for some of my money back since only 1 charge went to court and the Solicitor took more than half way through my case, this firm has done nothing for me bar from take thousands of pounds, I have attempted to get some of this money back but I have been robbed blind, do not use this Solicitors firm, they are no better than duty Solicitors, very unprofessional and very unresponsive once they have taken your money, now they won't even answer my phone calls.

Contacted the firm for advice on a very serious criminal matter; was provided with free telephone advise , which i thought was fantastic as I was so stressed out and could not sleep. I requested for an appointment, which i was given within a couple of days - the Solicitor was very pierces and provide me with excellent advice - she was very professional, understanding and was able to assist me with the criminal case. I would definitely recommend the firm to anybody who is looking for sound advice. Just like to say a big heartfelt thank you to everyone at the firm who assisted me.

I contacted CS Solicitors on behalf of my son who is currently in prison. My son was facing a lot of problems at his previous prison and had attempted to commit suicide. CS Solicitors helped my son to get a transfer to another prison, which is a lot closer to me and have sorted his prison disciplinary cases against him. I am very grateful for their help. I honestly dont think that any other solicitor would have gone that extra mile to help my son like Shahida did. Thank you so much. All the best.
