I booked a taxi, had 2 taxis dispatched, both of which cancelled. I waited 30 minutes and then called the company to ask how long I'd be waiting and was told that at the minute they didn't know as there was now cars in my are which was fine. I then waited another 30 minutes so an hour in total and called again to explain that I'd been waiting an hour and just wanted a rough estimate as to when I would get a car. I was then told there was no taxis available and that they were cancelling my booking. As you can imagine I was far from impressed. If someone could direct me to somewhere that I could make an official complaint I would appreciate it.

Unreliable, drivers never wait if u take a minute getting out and they always take forever to get to you, have made me late several times, also some rude drivers and don't give refunds where they're due unless you badger them for one. Only good thing is the phone operators are polite and friendly.
