Booked a full service for one of our company cars at about 10pm the night before (booked online), and when I dropped off there was some confusion as it had not been added onto their end - the service team sorted it out once given all the details and all work was carried out by the end of the day. Also had a complementary wash and hoover out and all gearstick and steering wheel were clean wrapped - Natalia in Service was the one who made sure all was done - compliments to her and the team.
